On this page you can browse images and bios of animals that we at FOTAS have up for adoption. These animals required extra care and are now looking for their forever homes. We also have cats available frequently at PetSmart, located at 5001, Sergeant Road here in Sioux City.
FOTAS encourages you to adopt for many reasons. First, all pets are deserving of a second chance and a loving home. With the current pet homelessness problem, many shelters are overcrowded, and pets are waiting for their chance at a happy life. By adopting, you are not only gaining a new member of the family, but you are making room for other animals that need care in shelters too. Also, a large portion of the money that goes towards adoption fees is put back into the care of the animals. When you adopt, you are helping more than just your new pet.
